The Senior Advisor, Practice Performance at Evolent Health is responsible for engaging with primary care physician groups and management services organizations to enhance performance management and expand Evolent's services. This role involves building strong relationships with key stakeholders, addressing operational issues, and facilitating communication between providers and internal departments. The position aims to improve health outcomes through effective collaboration and performance analysis.

  • Establish solid relationships with leadership at key IPAs/MSOs
  • Maintain comprehensive MSO practice profile including organizational chart and membership details
  • Mitigate and address root causes related to leakage incurred with each IPA/MSO
  • Meet with practice leadership regularly to share Evolent network performance results
  • Work closely with the Growth team to expand services across IPA/MSO payor panel
  • Lead Joint Operating Committees (JOCs) with key practices
  • Responsible for new market implementation activities related to PCP onboarding
  • Participate in internal Product and Innovation forums to build PCP facing tools
  • Bachelor's degree and/or minimum of 6-9 years relevant work experience
  • Strong background in value based/full risk PCP MSO/IPA arrangements related to Medicare Advantage
  • Experience in healthcare administration with emphasis in Provider Operations and/or Network Development
  • Excellent verbal, writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented with exceptional follow-through skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to change
  • Ability to influence change to improve provider experience
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft programs (i.e. Word, Excel, SharePoint)
  • Ability to travel as needed
