This position is onsite in Draper, Utah and reports directly to the Head of Claims for Tesla Insurance Services. Relocation assistance is available.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in Financial Planning & Analysis, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of increasing responsibility in business operations, strategy, or a product role within auto insurance claims
- Expertise in reporting creation and manipulation
- Strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) in a fast paced, constantly changing environment
Responsibilities
- Lead special projects for areas the Head of Claims oversees
- Serve as a generalist capable of solving any problem presented
- Prepare the Head of Claims for all key engagements and decisions, and when needed act as a stand-in
- Proactively resolve problems, and deal with issues before they get to the Head of Claims
- Act as a trusted advisor to the Head of Claims and senior leadership, providing compelling insights and critical analysis on company operations, key management decisions and other areas
