You will partner with world class engineering and leaders to implement product strategies, develop program schedules and milestones, define technology roadmaps, and drive improvements in engineering quality and productivity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
  • 5+ years of systems engineering experience

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of systems and project engineering experience in the aerospace industry
  • Specific experience in environmental control systems, vapor cycle systems, air cycle systems, fuel tank systems, system architecture, turbomachines, heat transfer, or controls
  • Requirements management using DOORS or DOORS NG
  • Some experience in electromechanical engineering, particularly thermal management systems
  • Program management skills with some experience in Earned Value Management
  • Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision
  • Ability to convey complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience
  • Excellent communication skills to all audiences
  • MS Office mastery
