About The Position

You will leverage your expertise in quality engineering to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance product quality, instilling trust in our customers and setting new industry benchmarks. You will report directly to our Quality Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of our Tempe, Arizona location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the quality standards of our products, ensuring that they meet both customer expectations and regulatory requirements. Your leadership and technical skills will be essential in fostering a culture of quality excellence throughout the organization. Responsibilities

  • This role is heavily focused on owning and driving the VOB (verification of build) process at the site.
  • Conduct work instruction and BOM design reviews; identify any gaps in the design/interpretation and confirm the work instructions properly capture all assembly drawing requirements.
  • Verify Test Instructions and Acceptance Test parameters and procedures meet drawing requirements.
  • Participate in developing/improving quality compliance on new and existing production processes.
  • Perform product/process audits to ensure adherence to Honeywell and customer standards.
  • Drive RCCA and investigations that involve associates in the prevention of defects.
  • Direct and coordinate compliance with all applicable standards including E-cats and RCCA administration.
