You will report directly to our Quality Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of our Tempe, AZ location In this role, you will impact the quality assurance processes, ensuring that our products meet and exceed customer expectations while adhering to industry standards. Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in quality within the manufacturing or aerospace industry.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and industry best practices.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and techniques, including Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Experience with quality management systems and regulatory compliance standards specific to the aerospace sector.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
  • Experience in leading quality improvement projects and initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with aerospace quality standards such as AS9100 and FAA regulations.
