About The Position

As a Senior Advanced Electrical Engineer here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of advanced electrical systems and components. You will provide technical expertise and guidance to cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful execution of projects while adhering to industry standards and best practices. You will report directly to our Engineering Manager and you'll work out of our Olathe, KS location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the company's ability to deliver high-quality, innovative, and technologically advanced electrical engineering solutions that enhance safety and efficiency in aerospace applications. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
  • 6+ years of experience in electrical engineering, specifically in aerospace applications.
  • Proficiency in electrical design software and tools such as MATLAB, PSpice, or similar.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Experience in leading complex aerospace engineering projects.
  • Strong leadership and project management abilities.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
  • Knowledge of safety and quality standards in aerospace engineering.
