About The Position

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate, accessible data and optimizing data processes to support business functions. This includes tracking participant progress, analyzing training effectiveness, and providing insights to guide improvements. You will also build and manage SharePoint structures and content to ensure clear communication and easy access to information. Your work will play a key role in strengthening data quality and enabling data-driven decisions, improving operational efficiency and supporting strategic initiatives across the organization.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics and advanced data modeling.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages, including SQL, Python, or R.
  • Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI to effectively present insights.
  • Solid understanding of statistical analysis techniques and methodologies.
  • Experience with data governance and data quality assurance practices.
  • Strong integrity and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s or master's degree in data science, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-updated with the latest data analytics trends and technologies.
  • Green Belt or Black Belt certification is preferred.
  • Experience in Integrated Program Teams for development programs.

  • Ensure data governance and maintain data quality standards.
  • Contribute to the success of development program initiatives through data-driven decisions.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility.
  • Manage and optimize data processes to support business functions.
  • Track participant progress and training outcomes in development programs to evaluate effectiveness.
  • Organize SharePoint content, ensuring it is current and relevant to support collaboration.
  • Utilize SharePoint features to enhance communication and project management within the team.
