The Sr. Advanced Application Engineer at Honeywell International, Inc. is responsible for delivering remote support and services effectively. The engineer will proactively manage customer questions and issues, maintain strong case documentation, and follow up with Assurance 360 Performance Managers to ensure technical recommendations resolve customer issues. The position also includes supporting A360 Performance Managers in enabling remote solutions at customer sites, performing system maintenance, generating knowledge articles, and conducting audits. The engineer will troubleshoot and fix issues, validate missing data, and maintain the RAIL for action items, ensuring the system's availability and reducing unplanned shutdowns through preventive maintenance and strong technical support processes.
