About The Position

The Sr Advanced Project Management Specialist for Intelligrated Headquarters, LLC in Mason, OH is responsible for managing a wide variety of projects that drive revenue, increase productivity, and improve the lives of stakeholders. This role involves direct interaction with peers and leaders across many diverse groups, requiring a vast knowledge across various business practices and disciplines. The position includes leading meetings, maintaining project meeting minutes, and producing accurate monthly revenue forecasts to report to the business. Additionally, the specialist ensures a safe working environment and safe work practices are in place and enforced. The role also involves the development and maintenance of PMO process documentation, templates, and procedures, assisting in the preparation of weekly PM forums with executive leadership, providing coaching and mentoring to execution team project managers, inspecting and analyzing project cost, schedule, and performance metrics, and leading PMO transformation activities as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 8 years of experience with familiarity in project work.
• Experience must include project lifecycle management, engineering project work, and project management project work.
