Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
  • 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering
  • Proven experience in optimizing manufacturing processes
  • 5-axis milling
  • Turning
  • Profile/surface Grinding
  • Wire EDM
  • Sinker EDM

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the manufacturing process for advanced products, ensuring adherence to quality standards, cost targets, and delivery schedules
  • Collaborate with design engineering teams to optimize product manufacturability and ensure smooth transition from design to production
  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes and procedures, including process flow, work instructions, and quality control measures
  • Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges in the manufacturing process, working closely with crossfunctional teams to implement effective solutions
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality
  • Provide technical guidance and support to production teams, ensuring proper training and adherence to manufacturing processes and standards
  • Collaborate with supply chain teams to optimize material flow and inventory management, ensuring timely availability of components and materials for production
