Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as engineering.
  • 6+ years of experience in advanced manufacturing engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems.
  • Proficiency in using manufacturing engineering tools and software.
  • Experience with data analysis and process optimization techniques.

  • Advanced Engineering degrees such as ME (Mechanical Engineering) or IE (Industrial Engineering).
  • Experience in leading complex manufacturing projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the manufacturing process for advanced products, ensuring adherence to quality standards, cost targets, and delivery schedules
  • Collaborate with design engineering teams to optimize product manufacturability and ensure smooth transition from design to production
  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes and procedures, including process flow, work instructions, and quality control measures
  • Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges in the manufacturing process, working closely with crossfunctional teams to implement effective solutions
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality
  • Provide technical guidance and support to production teams, ensuring proper training and adherence to manufacturing processes and standards
  • Collaborate with supply chain teams to optimize material flow and inventory management, ensuring timely availability of components and materials for production
