About The Position

Our Senior Operations Administrator - Spice Room is administrative support and a central liaison for the Materials Department and will play a critical role in the day-to-day operations of the overall department. Compliance with HACCP SQF SOX USDA FSQA and Safety are integral to this position. Responsible to understand and comply with all appropriate company policies procedures and work rules. Flexibility to work as a team to cover vacations and all other tasks as assigned. Resume is highly preferred to be submitted with the application. Requirements

  • Education: Associate degree or Equivalent from a 2 Year College Technical School Preferred. In lieu of a degree Education and Experience will be factored.
  • PIT operator license or ability to complete sit down and reach truck operator certification.
  • Experience: 0+ years Working with formulation spec sheets, SAP / EIM on both desktop and handheld terminals.
  • Certifications: Current certification or ability to complete PIT operator certification required.
  • Special Skills: Team Oriented.
  • Excellent Organizational Skills.
  • Strong Math Proficiency.
  • Self starter with ability to work unsupervised.
  • Computer Skills: Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office SAP EIM preferred.
  • Must be willing to work Overtime and off shifts if necessary.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis.
  • Must reside in the US, this role does not offer sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience operating both sit down PIT and Stand Up/Reach truck nice to have.

  • Late Load Management
  • Overseeing unloading and completing the receiving of bulk loads
  • BOL Receipt Review
  • Formulations
  • Creating spice kits ahead of time based on production schedule
  • Supporting raw side production with immediate spice kits as needed
