Requirements

  • Education: Associate degree or Equivalent from a 2 Year College Technical School Preferred.
  • In lieu of a degree Education and Experience: 3 years of working in a Manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Computer Skills: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products; SAP experience strongly preferred.
  • Supervisory: None
  • Travel: None
  • Must reside in the United States to be considered.

  • Work Shift: 2ND SHIFT (United States of America)

Responsibilities

  • Assist with training new hires to ensure smooth onboarding and operational readiness.
  • Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide operational support on an as-needed basis during the first shift.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive company and employee information.
  • Utilize Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation, data analysis, reporting, and presentation development.
  • Manage communications, scheduling, and correspondence professionally using Outlook.
  • Develop and deliver presentations to support training, continuous improvement projects, and operational updates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and operational excellence.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the operations team and company goals.
