Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations. Responsibilities: Serves as the lead Administrator for Child & Adolescent Psychiatry overseeing administrative and financial matters. Child & Adolescent Psychiatry includes a large psychiatric inpatient service, partial hospital program, a Psychiatric Consultation Liaison Service to Golisano Children’s Hospital, Peds CPEP, two large outpatient centers, 22 satellites in area school districts and 5 embedded pediatrics specialties clinics, as well as a psychology post-doc training program, Child and Adolescent Fellowship program, several state and regional grants and contracts for support to pediatricians across New York State, juvenile justice system, courts system, etc. With executive and policy guidance serves as the senior person for operational, administrative and clerical staff across the Child & Adolescent Psychiatry ensuring regulatory OMH, Joint Commission, Justice Center and hospital policies compliance, operational efficiencies, and patient access standards. Serves as the principal financial officer for the division’s FAOs and all of its clinical, academic and contracts including budgets, business improvement plans, and revenue cycle. SCHEDULE M-F flexible- weekends as needed
