PRIMARY DUTY: Provide complex clerical and administrative support for various day to day matters, projects and programs. Complete customer service activities, prepare correspondence, reports, meeting minutes, agenda items, public information material, handle record retention, database management, and assist with open records requests. Responsible for city-wide volunteer management and coordination. Position is also responsible for various marketing areas within the department including electronic and print media activities, assisting with marketing campaigns; proofreading and creating social media posts; assisting with designing and writing monthly external newsletters, and graphic design work.
