In your pivotal role as Sr. Administrative Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative and business support to faculty, leadership, and the department. This support includes, but is not limited to, calendar management, meeting logistics, preparing correspondence and presentations, coordinating travel and processing expense reports, new faculty onboarding, managing projects, maintaining departmental records, databases, and confidential files in accordance with institutional policies. REQUIRED: High School Diploma or GED 4 years of relevant experience, ideally in healthcare Also required for this role are strong communication and organizational skills, professionalism, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask with ease. Experience working with medical professionals and leadership is strongly preferred. This is a 40-hour/week position working traditional daytime business hours. During the first 90-day probationary period, you will work fully on site at the Medical Arts Building on 21st Ave. There may then be the possibility to transition to hybrid remote (part-time in office, part-time remote) based on performance review of probationary period.
