About The Position

We're seeking a Sr. Administrative Assistant to keep Housing Stability and Family Stability moving forward - supporting meetings, data, and community connections quietly, efficiently, and expertly. Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent and a minimum of three years of program operations or administrative support experience in support of upper management personnel in a non-profit or non-manufacturing environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in working both collaboratively as part of a team and independently with little supervision.
  • Experience coordinating with other professionals and social service agencies.
  • Advanced level of proficiency in technology tools such as Microsoft Office applications, databases, spreadsheets (including formulas and tables), charting, etc.
  • Exceptional verbal and written skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse populations and community partners.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and keep multiple timelines on track.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual English/Spanish, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of Washington County social services and resources.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the right hand to Department Directors, assisting with daily operations, tracking action items, and managing key projects.
  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements for staff and oversee the logistics of the hiring process, ensuring a warm and professional experience for all candidates.
  • Create professional slide decks, reports, and departmental bulletins. You'll help develop presentations for the Board of Directors and community partners.
  • Lead the organization of internal and external meetings, including scheduling, agenda distribution, and meticulous minute-taking.
  • Manage department software accounts, maintain inventory and office supplies, and ensure the integrity of our databases.
