SUMMARY: The full-time temporary Senior Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support and assists with grants management and related fundraising activities for the Health and Peace Programs Development teams. The position reports to the Sr. Associate Director, Lead of Health Programs Development and will partner with other Health/Peace Programs Development gift officers to prepare for and participate in meetings, conduct grant proposal research, prepare briefings, and provide grants management support. Confidentiality is required. With prior approval by the Sr. Associate Director, Lead, it may be required to work some overtime hours based on the needs of the department, or occasionally work flexible hours during the week to attend early morning or evening events.
