Types correspondence, memos, reports and documents. Answers telephone, responds to inquiries and/or refers them to the appropriate person. Provides routine data for budget preparation. Prepares quarterly reports of budget expenditures. Processes payment of departmental bills. Manages personnel records of employees. Prepares and monitors line item transfer in the budget. Opens and closes office daily. Prepare monthly reports for Office of Court Administration, Omni, and Texas Department of Public Safety. Participates in activities and duties related to emergency management during a local state of disaster as directed by appropriate county managers.
