Works under direction to assist with management of moderately complex administrative and/or business functions of department, division, or unit. First 90 days onsite for training. After training 3 days a week in office, every Wednesday will be one of the in office days. This position provides comprehensive administrative support to research faculty and staff, handling tasks such as coordinating travel arrangements, ordering and maintaining lab supplies, and reconciling expenses. The role requires proficiency in procurement systems and PeopleSoft, as well as the ability to track and manage orders accurately. Additionally, the position involves monitoring deliveries, troubleshooting order issues, maintaining detailed records, and performing other assigned duties. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth logistical operations, contributing to an efficient research environment.
