About The Position
The Sr. Admin Business Coordinator at McLean Hospital plays a crucial role in ensuring the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the McLean program. Reporting directly to the McLean Program Director and maintaining a dotted line relationship with the Executive Director of Operations, this position is responsible for overseeing business management, operations, policy implementation, and vendor contract relationships. The coordinator is accountable for the fiscal performance and business implementation of the program, ensuring that it remains competitive within the local and regional marketplaces. In this role, the coordinator will assist with the hiring process, including candidate review and interview scheduling, while managing the new staff hiring process in collaboration with the Human Resources department. This includes overseeing background checks, I-9 forms, and Occupational Health requirements, as well as ensuring that orientation and training for new hires are scheduled and completed effectively. The coordinator will also maintain professional relationships with the Property Owner and designated personnel, manage ongoing business operations, and develop and maintain databases for business tracking and analysis. Responsibilities extend to handling general office procedures, managing electronic systems such as PeopleSoft, Workday, and UKG, and overseeing contracted services including food services, housekeeping, and maintenance. The coordinator will ensure compliance with operational-based Quality Assurance protocols and will be responsible for developing and monitoring the program's budget, as well as preparing necessary licensure and accreditation materials. Additionally, the coordinator will represent the program at various meetings and prepare operational reports as directed.
