Sr. Ad Sales Representative – Direct Advertiser Partner Manager The Senior Partner Manager is responsible for managing, retaining, and growing a portfolio of advertising partners across agency and/or direct advertiser relationships. This role blends consultative account management, digital marketing expertise, and data-driven optimization to deliver measurable business outcomes and long-term partner success. As a trusted advisor, the Partner Manager develops a strong understanding of partner business objectives and translates campaign performance into actionable insights and strategic recommendations. The role requires strong stakeholder management, fluency in digital advertising KPIs, and the ability to manage multiple active campaigns while driving revenue growth and partner satisfaction. Partner Managers collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Operations, and Leadership teams to align strategy, support revenue forecasting, and contribute to continuous process improvement. Depending on role designation, the Partner Manager may support digital managed growth programs, agency portfolios, or direct advertiser accounts.
