About The Position
As a Senior Associate Director/Associate Director in Pharmacometrics at Boehringer Ingelheim, you will play a crucial role in the discovery, development, and delivery of our pharmaceutical products. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about pharmacometrics and are eager to contribute to the success of our clinical development projects. You will be responsible for performing high-quality pharmacometrics analyses that are essential for internal decision-making and successful regulatory approval. Your work will involve representing pharmacometrics in project and trial teams, authoring key documents, and developing strategies that align with our clinical development plans. In this role, you will develop and implement model-informed drug discovery and development (MID3) strategies, ensuring that state-of-the-art pharmacometrics analyses are delivered in a timely manner. You will work closely with your supervisor to ensure that all PMx internal documents, such as dataset specifications and analysis plans, are completed on schedule. Additionally, you will represent pharmacometrics in clinical development teams and initiatives, contributing to process harmonization and project management with external organizations, including academic institutions and contract research organizations (CROs). As a Senior Associate Director, you will take on these responsibilities with greater independence, leading projects and mentoring junior scientists. You will also be expected to continuously improve the PMx IT infrastructure and apply your knowledge of national and international regulations to ensure compliance and maximize project success.
