We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Senior Accountant to support the financial operations of our international entities. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work cross-functionally, contribute to process improvements, and play a key part in global financial reporting and compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in an accounting role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in public accounting.
  • Familiarity with SAP and/or OneStream.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication.

Responsibilities

  • Manage accounting activities for international entities, including monthly accruals, prepaid amortization, intercompany transactions, and payroll-related journal entries.
  • Partner with third-party accounting service providers to ensure alignment between SAP records and external reports; upload and validate financial data.
  • Review and analyze work performed by third-party providers, identifying and resolving discrepancies with internal accounting records.
  • Support external reporting and coordinate audit requirements for international entities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Accounting, External Reporting, SOX, Tax, Legal, HR, and Governance to drive process improvements.
  • Research and analyze outstanding liabilities to support accurate month-end accruals.
  • Obtain and validate supporting documentation for prepayments and accruals from business partners and Accounts Payable.
  • Execute month-end close activities for international ledgers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare and post journal entries within the accounting system.
  • Manage transfer pricing activities between the parent company and international subsidiaries.
  • Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and quarterly flux analyses.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX controls and support external audit processes.
  • Develop and maintain clear, comprehensive desk procedures.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Assist with additional close activities and ad hoc accounting projects as needed.
