This position plays a pivotal role in the day-to-day management of client influencer programming. Passionate and skilled within the influencer/creator space with specific attention to crafting best-in-class affiliate programming. Experience should include paid and earned engagement across various tiers of talent and platforms for maximum diversity. This role should be comfortable making recommendations, organizational changes and program improvements based on performance. This role is expected to drive client programs from start to finish, which includes establishing strategies, detailing tactical timelines and deployment, overseeing execution, analyzing success metrics and managing junior staff. As a Senior Account Supervisor, you should be comfortable jumping in at every level of program process, from influencer contract negotiations to tough client conversations. You have a deep understanding of influencers across segments and channels, staying on top of disclosure guidelines, and identifying areas of innovation. This position is client-facing and should bring proven experience in client communication, from mid to executive level dialogues that span strategy, performance and the tactical approach. At this level you have superior social and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work independently, while also knowing when to ‘manage up’.
