This includes prospecting, supporting the onboarding of new partners, upskilling partner’s Field Sales Representatives for effectiveness, providing data/trend analysis to change behaviors, supporting field experience and driving overall partner sales of Preplanning Solutions products. This role conducts their work face-to-face or virtual channels, as applicable. Through effectively cultivated business relationships, the role executes the vision, strategic direction, and program implementation for the preneed market thru IMOs and Sales Counselors.
