We’re growing, and we’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused Account Manager to help expand our footprint, deepen customer relationships, and fuel our next phase of growth. This role sits within our Western,United States territory. This is a remote position (within the United States). Candidates should be located in Pacific or Mountain time zones as this position covers the Western region of the United States. This role is ideal for a consultative seller who thrives in complex enterprise environments, enjoys building executive-level relationships, and wants to make a real impact in a fast-moving, people-first organization. Why This Role Matters As a Client Engagement Account Manager, you will own and grow a defined sales territory within the SAP SuccessFactors HCM ecosystem, helping build on Veritas Prime’s position as the leading SuccessFactors sales organization in North America. With strong customer demand and a deep pipeline, we are expanding our sales team to meet the moment, and we need top sellers to lead the work. You will drive strategic account planning, develop new opportunities, and guide clients through the full sales lifecycle, while strengthening relationships with both customers and SAP. You will represent our four major lines of business, Implementation, AMS, Software Sales, and Payroll and Benefit Services, and play a direct role in accelerating revenue growth, expanding market presence, and reinforcing one of the strongest brands and marketing engines in the SuccessFactors ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Account Manager: Minimum of 2 years of experience selling SAP SuccessFactors HCM solutions and/or quota-carrying HR SaaS sales experience
  • Senior Account Manager: Minimum experience typically falls within a 7 to 10+ year range selling SAP SuccessFactors HCM  and/or quota-carrying HR SaaS sales experience.   Qualification for this role is determined by a documented track record of consistently exceeding quota, not tenure alone.
  • Experience with cloud software sales and license management
  • Experience selling to HR and Finance leaders (CHROs, HR Directors, CFOs) strongly preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling Payroll Services (Treasury management, Payments, Taxes, Garnishments) and/or Benefit Administration Services preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own and develop a designated sales territory, including strategic account planning, pipeline development, and full-cycle sales execution
  • Build and strengthen relationships with SAP channel partners to drive joint opportunities and accelerate deal velocity
  • Establish trusted, executive-level relationships with prospects and customers, clearly articulating Veritas Prime’s value as a long-term partner
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and statements of work aligned to client needs and business goals
  • Design and execute a territory-specific sales plan that supports our client engagement strategy, including webinars, user groups, roundtables, and industry events
  • Develop a deep understanding of each prospect’s business challenges, technology landscape, and strategic priorities to tailor your approach
  • Stay informed on industry trends and market activity through earnings reports, press releases, and executive announcements
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas across services and software solutions
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between sales strategy, client engagement, and solution delivery
