This key role is responsible for driving profitable, sustainable sales growth while retaining and expanding a dedicated portfolio within the Urethane Additives business across North America. The ideal candidate brings unyielding integrity, strong self‑motivation, a solid work ethic, and sharp business acumen, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to make sound decisions that support positive team dynamics and customer ownership. Success in this position requires quickly gaining deep knowledge of the Urethane Additives Slabstock product portfolio, technologies, industry landscape, and customer applications to build strong market and customer intimacy. This is a fully remote position; however, the ideal candidate will reside in a location east of the Mississippi River.
