About The Position

Newegg is seeking for an experienced bilingual (Mandarin) Marketplace Account Manager, to manage, optimize, and scale our diverse range of seller accounts within the dynamic Newegg Marketplace ecosystem. The position requires you to utilize bilingual skills at least ten percent (10%) or more of the time while performing the duties of this position, as you will be working closely with our China team. You will be equipped with the technology and infrastructure to empower you to grow your category of products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Merchandising, or a related field OR 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in Mandarin (required) to collaborate with our China-based team.
• 3+ years of merchandising experience in IT e-commerce, working with major brand vendors/sellers; for Senior AM, the minimum requirement would be 5+ years.
• 1+ year of experience managing vendor P&L, including MDF and Co-op accounts; for Senior AM, the minimum requirement would be 3+ years.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce marketing strategies and traditional media.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze trends and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Highly detail-oriented, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with key marketplace sellers.
• Engage proactively with sellers to understand their needs, provide support, and optimize their performance.
• Manage product merchandising for high-impact promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to execute merchandising programs and identify promotional deals.
• Oversee key category stores and maintain seller content on Newegg's platform.
• Monitor e-commerce trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
• Analyze internal and external market trends, providing actionable insights.
• Manage vendor P&L, including MDF and Co-op accounts.
• Collaborate with the marketing department to improve product visibility and sales conversion rates.
• Forecast potential sales and coordinate with sellers on a weekly/monthly basis.
• Stay current with product launches, industry trends, and competitive price points.
• Develop and implement performance measurement reports.
• Other duties as assigned.
