About The Position

The Senior Account Executive, Education Services is a full-time remote position responsible for driving sales through outbound lead generation and nurturing, managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities in the education services sector. The role includes overseeing client accounts, addressing customer needs, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize sales operations. The Senior Account Executive will also develop strategic plans to expand client engagement and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated expertise in Account Management and Customer Service to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proven experience in Sales and Negotiation to drive revenue and close deals with diverse clients.
  • Knowledge and experience in Sales Operations to optimize processes and support overall business development strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and in team settings.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; relevant experience can be considered in lieu of degree.
