Shall focus on Data Center projects and sell solutions related to Power & Distribution Transformers, High Voltage Circuit Breakers, Disconnectors and Instrument Transformers, Power Quality and Power Sensing devices Job Description Roles and Responsibilities Leadership role responsible for Data Centre segment driving business growth by managing key client accounts and developing new business opportunities across multiple states. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a good understanding of the Data Centre industry. Develop and execute commercial strategy for sale of Grid Solutions Power Transmission business line products and services, including Power & Distribution Transformers, High Voltage Circuit Breakers, Disconnectors and Instrument Transformers, Power Quality and Power Sensing devices Collaborate with region sales managers and cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions that address client challenges Own the accurate forecasting of orders, convertible orders, margins, and sales for customer(s). Develop and own with the support of the regional sales managers, strategic customer relationships with key decision makers in support of sales teams account strategies. Drive identification, prospecting and creation of new sales opportunities. Help develop written strategies for pursuing opportunities at Data Centre strategic customer accounts. Provide feedback regarding market trends, pricing and competition to product line marketing. Perform periodic account reviews with management
