You will foster client satisfaction by maintaining regular customer contact and managing customer expectations within a projects-based business. You will develop customer relationships which may include attending trade shows, seminars, and similar events. You will leverage sales solution consultant resources to assist/develop solutions and articulate HON value proposition to customers. You will generate, maintain and provide reports for opportunity status using our customer relationship management system. You will provide competitive intelligence and market trends related to your account portfolio. You will provide forecast/demand input to Sales Inventory Operations Planning (SIOP). The position is based in the USA and will be responsible for new and existing North American customer accounts.
