About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive business growth within a critical portfolio of strategic accounts in the AI infrastructure and high-performance computing (HPC) markets. This role is a specialty occupation requiring a deep understanding of complex semiconductor architectures and their application in advanced data center and networking environments. It is not necessary to meet all job requirements to be a qualified candidate for the position.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • A minimum of 4 years of progressively responsible field customer experience, with a proven track record of selling highly technical semiconductor components to AI infrastructure, data center, and networking companies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in navigating complex sales cycles and developing strategic relationships with senior-level engineers and business leaders at target accounts.
  • Possession of a significant and established network of contacts within the AI and HPC ecosystem.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate highly technical concepts to both engineering and business audiences.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time, both domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of SiTime's execution and business development within a portfolio of high-value strategic accounts for both business and technical success.
  • Leverage a specialized background in engineering to build and maintain deep, collaborative relationships with customer engineering teams and senior technical leadership.
  • Collaborate with customer engineering teams to integrate SiTime's timing solutions into next-generation AI accelerators, GPUs, networking switches, and high-speed optical transceivers.
  • Leverage a pre-existing, critical network of high-level contacts and key decision-makers at target accounts to accelerate design-in wins and new business opportunities.
  • Lead comprehensive business forecasting, demand-supply management, and strategic demand creation for SiTime's product portfolio within the assigned territory.
