About The Position
Maleda Tech is hiring a Senior Account Executive to support the expansion of a fast-growing hospitality technology platform focused on transforming how travelers discover and book high-quality hotels. In this role, you will own partner acquisition across key markets, manage the full sales funnel, and build lasting relationships with hotel operators and serviced apartment partners. You’ll play a critical role in launching new markets, scaling inventory growth, and driving measurable business impact in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development
- Proven success managing a full sales funnel and hitting growth targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage shifting priorities and deadlines
- Strategic thinker who can balance execution with long-term growth initiatives
- Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in fast-changing environments
Nice To Haves
- Experience in hospitality, travel, SaaS, or marketplace platforms strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Own regional performance targets and consistently exceed sales KPIs
- Prospect and engage new hotel partners through research, outreach, and networking
- Manage the full sales cycle from cold outreach through closing and onboarding support
- Clearly communicate platform value propositions via phone, email, virtual meetings, and in-person engagement
- Drive new market launches by coordinating lead generation and cross-functional execution
- Build strong, long-term relationships with hotel and hospitality partners
- Implement scalable growth strategies to maximize partner adoption and revenue impact
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and performance tracking
