About The Position

As a Senior Account Executive, you will lead customer strategy and execution across Albertsons/Safeway Mountain West Division, primarily within the Idaho, Wyoming, Montana, Colorado, and Nebraska markets. You will be responsible for delivering volume, revenue, profit, and share goals, while managing annual joint business plans and driving retail strategy through best-in-class customer execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 4–6 years of sales/customer management experience
  • 4–6 years of Beverage or CPG sales experience
  • 2–4 years of sales operations or equivalent experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of promotional activities, product lines, and competitive positioning
  • Goal-oriented, motivated, and results-driven
  • Understanding of marketing and commercial activation preferred
  • Experience with Collaborative Business Planning and “Collaborating For Value” preferred
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Margin Minder UXT, Adaptive, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Ability to travel within Swire geographies and across the U.S. as needed

Nice To Haves

  • 2–4 years of sales operations or equivalent experience preferred
  • Understanding of marketing and commercial activation preferred
  • Experience with Collaborative Business Planning and “Collaborating For Value” preferred

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, collaborating with both internal and external partners
  • Partner with brand teams (Coca-Cola, Keurig Dr. Pepper, Monster Energy Company) and customers to develop impactful brand, marketing, merchandising, and execution plans
  • Governance leadership and decision-making on behalf of Swire Coca-Cola.
  • Track and communicate monthly performance results
  • Lead business reviews to evaluate performance and secure incremental activity
  • Drive sell-in of innovation, new SKUs, packaging, equipment, and displays
  • Work with Commercialization to develop customized programs and point-of-sale materials aligned to pillar programs and local assets
  • Collaborate with Field Sales to improve execution and retail performance
  • Resolve operational and execution issues to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Train, coach, and develop Field Sales teams using customer insights and KPI tools
  • Perform other duties as assigned
