About The Position

Maleda Tech is seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to support the growth of a high-impact hospitality technology platform focused on expanding hotel partnerships and inventory across key markets. In this role, you will own regional performance, drive new partner acquisition, and manage opportunities across the full sales funnel. You’ll work directly with hotel partners to grow market presence, launch new regions, and deliver measurable business impact through strong relationships and scalable growth strategies. This is an ideal opportunity for a high-performing sales professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building partnerships from the ground up.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
  • Experience in technology, marketplaces, or high-growth environments preferred
  • Hospitality or travel industry experience is a plus
  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on performance and results
  • Ability to balance daily execution with longer-term strategic initiatives
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and adaptability

Responsibilities

  • Own and exceed regional performance goals and key sales KPIs
  • Prospect and engage new hotel partners through research, outreach, and networking
  • Manage the full sales cycle from cold outreach through closing and onboarding support
  • Clearly communicate platform value propositions via phone, email, and in-person meetings
  • Drive new market launches by coordinating lead generation and cross-functional execution
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with hotel and serviced apartment partners
  • Support onboarding and early partner success to ensure strong activation
  • Implement scalable growth strategies to maximize inventory acquisition and revenue impact
