We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Sr. Account Executive to join our innovative and dynamic team. Candidates should be located in Indianapolis, IN.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience selling professional services, with a strong emphasis on data technology solutions such as analytics, AI and machine learning, and cloud.
  • Proven hunter mentality with a track record of successfully breaking into new accounts and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong local network in the Indianapolis business community, with warm leads and former client relationships.
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value, especially data-driven solutions.
  • Experience working with onshore delivery models and familiarity with offshore and nearshore integration.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills with confidence presenting to both technical and executive audiences.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with data architecture concepts (e.g., data lakes, ETL pipelines), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and data governance frameworks (HIPAA, GDPR, SOC 2).

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and leveraging existing relationships, with a focus on Data and AI services.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans targeting the Indianapolis market and surrounding regions, while remaining open to national opportunities.
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their business challenges and position tailored professional services solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal delivery and leadership teams to align sales strategies with service capabilities and client needs.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups.
  • Represent the company at local industry events and networking functions to build brand awareness and generate leads.
