About The Position

Shift is the leading AI platform for insurance, combining generative, agentic, and predictive AI to transform underwriting, claims, and fraud and risk. The Sales team is responsible for driving new business and works closely with teams across the business to identify client pain points and highlight how our software is a solution to our client’s problems. This individual can be located anywhere in the US area and will be a key player in helping us scale our business and rolling out Shift Technology solutions to new clients, specifically growing the Health Insurance business in the United States.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of successful experience selling large, complex enterprise-grade SaaS solutions to Insurance Payers business units
  • Deep Health Plan knowledge
  • Existing relationships within the Payer ecosystem
  • Experience driving SaaS selling of $500K and above across a multiyear contract
  • Experience working with a partner ecosystem to deliver results and scale
  • Understanding of pipeline creation and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication skills, including oral, written, and non-verbal
  • Ability to tailor communication to the customer’s needs with confidence
  • Strategic thinker to systematically solve problems and hypothesize possible pain points
  • Effective at networking and identifying the right customer stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic territory plan to ensure Shift exceeds its revenue objectives
  • Identify new opportunities and the right customer stakeholders within Healthcare
  • Independently and collaboratively strategize for solving deal-level challenges
  • Work on and submit proposals and contracts to customers
  • Manage C-level relationships within the country's Health insurance ecosystem
