As an Sr. Account Executive, Enterprise you would be working on: New account acquisition and install base expansion, including prospecting, qualifying, negotiation and closing in GoTo’s largest strategic accounts. Execute marketing campaigns to increase new user acquisition and conversions. Work on centralized outbound campaigns in partnership with Marketing, the vertical team, MSP program, and Partners. Growth -- Share, learn, collaborate with team members and managers to develop strategies, improve execution, and ideas that drive business results and career progression while consistently achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals. Establish a consistent, clear, and realistic daily and weekly activity routine aligned to driving business growth. Solves problems and hypothesizes possible customer pain points, expectations and needs; brainstorms with team members to devise solutions to solve and bring complex deals to closure. Collaborate with counterparts in customer success, renewals, partner relationships, and solutions consulting to develop account plans. Requirements

  • 7+ years sales experience with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding bookings targets while selling to IT buyers, contact center leaders, helpdesk leaders, and/or customer support leaders is required.
  • Strong growth mindset and resilience to succeed.
  • Competent in territory and account development
  • Coachable, naturally curious, and intrinsically motivated
  • Business acumen and technical aptitude.

Nice To Haves

  • Sales methodology training and proficiency in Sales CRM tools a plus
