About The Position

The Community Hospice Sr Account Executive will be responsible for the development of new business opportunities through the sales of the Hospice service line. The primary responsibilities include selling hospice services to target accounts, cold calling, and attending promotional events. This role is responsible to maintain selling skills under the guidance and direction of sales leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related health care field required
  • Three (3) years of sales experience in healthcare setting, in a customer service and/or direct sales position required
  • Valid Indiana Driver's License with current vehicle insurance required
  • Ability to communicate effectively through public speaking, power point, dashboards, visualizations, and/or other presentations formats
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships, selling services and developing business opportunities
  • Must be able to travel between locations

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience with Epic EMR strongly preferred
