Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Five plus years of experience in :
  • Absence & Productivity client-facing consulting
  • Account management experience including new client implementation
  • Team management experience
  • Sales
  • Act independently with minimal direction.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Consultant Managing RFP’s in the 500 – 2,000 Segment.
  • Supporting Regional Lead Consultant in the NE with RFP’s between 2,000 and 100,000 lives
  • Supporting new Logo Opportunities between 500 – 100,000 lives, along with the Regional Lead consultant in the NE
  • Implementation Support between 500 and 2,000 lives, on accounts where you are the lead consultant in the NE region.
  • Managing a team of Account Managers on the A & P team. Helping the team drive consistency and best practices across the A & P team.
  • Driving NEW REVENUE in the assigned book of business in the NE region.
  • Travel to Assigned offices in the NE to build relationships with the H & B producers – ( Boston, NJ, NY, Philly, DC ). Travel Less than 15% of the time.
  • Partner with A & P team across the organization to build a strong team.
  • Help recruit new Talent to the A & P team.
