About The Position

This position is responsible for maintenance work and electrical work on our fully automated processing lines. The incumbent will make necessary repairs to ensure a safe, efficient and high-quality production operation. As part of our maintenance team, you will be working closely with our Engineering team, Plant Management and Production. You need to be self-driven and able to handle stressful situations.

Requirements

• Excellent Mechanical Abilities
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Integrity and great work ethics
• 3 to 7 years of experience in industrial equipment maintenance
• Industrial Mechanical and electrical experience
• Working in a team environment
• Use of a CMMS
• Ability to plan and organize work independently
• Excellent troubleshooting and Problem-solving skills
• Strong commitment to SafetyEnsure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
• Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.
