Institutional Wealth Management Services (IWMS) and the Intermediary Investment Client Group (IICG) use Client Relationship Management (CRM) and as a key driver of the associate experience for sales, relationship management, consulting & client service teams. IWMS has been using the Salesforce platform a key strategic asset & capability since 2018. IICG will migrate from a homegrown CRM to Salesforce in Q3 2025. The squad leader will lead one of the squads tasked with reimagining and building out the IICG sales team experience using Salesforce. Once IICG migrates to Salesforce, this squad leader will change focus to delivering on the long-term strategic roadmaps supporting IWMS and IICG. As the squad leader, you blend the ability to align business needs and technology with a passion for delivering results. You will ensure alignment on the “what” and “when” work is to be performed through ongoing planning and prioritization of a product backlog.
