About The Position

As a Squad Lead within the AccessHub group, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the connectivity strategy for our modern Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform. This role blends leadership, product ownership, and technical expertise to drive the development and integration of scalable connectivity patterns, with a focus on SailPoint IdentityIQ. In this position, you will serve as the product owner for your squad, responsible for defining and refining the mission, setting strategic direction, and ensuring successful tactical execution. You will manage the product backlog, prioritize initiatives, and align delivery timelines with broader organizational goals. Collaboration is key-you will work closely with other product leaders, agile coaches, chapter leads, and enterprise architects to ensure alignment, surface diverse perspectives, and drive cohesive decision-making.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT product management, ideally within a cybersecurity environment.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing SailPoint IdentityIQ or Identity Security Cloud.
• Deep expertise in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain.
• Strong leadership in problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.
• Solid product management capabilities, including roadmap development and risk management.

Nice To Haves

• Industry-recognized cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA).
• Prior people management experience, including mentoring and coaching.
