GDC IT Solutions is seeking a SQL Server DBA in the Columbus, OH area. This role will begin as fully remote, with the potential to transition to an on-site schedule of 2-3 days per week. As a SQL Server DBA, you will be responsible for leading the management, optimization, and support of Microsoft SQL Server environments, both on-premises and in the Azure Cloud. You will play a critical role in driving database design, implementation, performance tuning, and reliability while collaborating across teams to ensure best practices, innovation, and operational excellence. This role involves both strategic leadership and hands-on administration in a fast-paced, multi-datacenter and cloud-migration environment.
