About The Position
The SQL Server DBA position is focused on supporting the Client Credit Contact Center Unified Intelligence Center (CUIC) team, which is responsible for enhancing customer experience through advanced Contact Center Voice solutions. The role involves working within a Product Driven Organization (PDO) utilizing Agile methodologies to deliver value and meet objectives. The Database and Reports Developer will provide solutions for business requests, support existing platforms, and assist in business processes related to the Contact Center.
