About The Position

We’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Software Engineer to contribute to the design, development, and delivery of robust, scalable software. The Software Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing SQL Server–based data solutions that support critical business applications and analytics. This role combines hands-on development with solution design, requiring the ability to interpret functional requirements and independently create efficient, scalable database structures, stored procedures, and ETL processes. The Software Engineer will also build and maintain SSIS packages and contribute to data integration initiatives across the organization.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in SQL Server development, including advanced TSQL, stored procedure design, indexing strategies, and performance tuning.
• Proficient in building and maintaining SSIS based ETL workflows and comfortable working with complex data models and large datasets.
• Capable of interpreting functional specifications and translating them into robust technical solutions.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell and Python for ETL automation is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Translate functional requirements into technical designs with minimal supervision.
• Build efficient procedures and scripts to support complex batch operations that import, export and modify large volumes of data
• Optimize performance through indexing, query tuning, and execution plan analysis.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot ETL workflows using SSIS.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across systems.
• Follow best practices for database security, reliability, and maintainability.
