  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
  • Extract, manipulate, and interpret data from multiple sources using advanced SQL querying.
  • Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and business intelligence solutions using Power BI.
  • Validate data integrity, ensure consistency of reports and dashboards, and troubleshoot issues related to data accuracy.
  • Create comprehensive documentation for business requirements, technical specifications, data models, and standard operating procedures.
  • Develop custom programming solutions to address specific business needs and enhance data workflows.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues, performance bottlenecks, and system errors.
  • Provide technical support and end user training for BI tools and SQL.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects including system migrations and process automation.
  • Design, develop, and maintain API integrations for data exchange between internal systems and external platforms.
  • Monitor API performance and troubleshoot integration issues.
  • Administer, monitor, and maintain database systems for optimal performance and security.
  • Optimize SQL queries, indexes, and database structures to improve application speed.
  • Support and maintain SSIS packages for data transformation and integration.
  • 2-3 years' experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, DBA or similar role.
  • Proven proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and API integrations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with a commitment to high-quality outputs.
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years experience in a relevant role.
  • Good organizational skills and customer service orientation.
