Requirements
- 3ā8 years of SQL Data Analyst experience
- Strong SQL skills (joins, aggregations, performance tuning)
- Experience with Retail Merchandising Systems (Oracle RMS or similar)
- Hands-on with ETL/data pipelines
- Strong understanding of retail data (sales, inventory, SKU analysis)
- Experience in data validation & reconciliation
- Ability to troubleshoot data inconsistencies across systems
- Experience working with offshore/remote teams
Nice To Haves
- Power BI or Tableau
- Advanced Excel skills
- Retail domain experience (big-box, grocery, sporting goods)
