Our Brands Responsibilities The SQL Analyst will be part of a growing newly created team within the data and business intelligence team where experience and creativity are recognized. The SQL Analyst will do well in a performance-based company that allows flexibility and work-life balance. This role works in close cooperation with peers and leadership to help build structure, interpret results, and able to create dashboards. This role will support all facets of our company in data exploration and the generation of product requirements used in the support of product design, product maintenance, enhancements, and the delivery of analytic reports to internal and external customers. Work with Senior leadership to build and design analysis to be able to answer specific questions and provide valuable insight. Design higher performance and efficient queries that can automate processes. Must be able to work with multiple data feeds and able to connect those disparate data sources. Must be one of the SMEs for a definition of data, joins, and data sources. Must be able to build dashboards that will be able to provide meaningful visualizations to the business. Provide leadership to more junior analysts. Qualifications Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a closely related field. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in SQL database management and data analysis. Be Well with HCA: We recognize the importance of self-care and work/life balance. Requirements
